Although the AB's were concerned about the movement of the Crane Pennant, neither called a "time out".It is most important to be aware of ones surroundings and the potential hazards which exist.See msf-safety-flash-08.12 for more details

Personnel need to be reminded that rapidly changing circumstances require constant awareness and re-assessement of work plan. If in doubt, don't do it. Step back and re-assess.
