Boots on For Safety – Team Notebook
The original Boots on For Safety document has been revised and updated to reflect current Boots on For Safety (BoFS) site visits, and the parallel virtual Boots on For Safety (vBoFS) engagement. This BoFS Team Notebook has been created for participants in the scheme to document and report their findings.
The Team Notebook prompts individuals to consider a summary of their key findings, good practices, and opportunities for improvement. There are sections on Major Accident Hazards, Workforce Engagement, Life Saving Rules and Health & Wellbeing to be completed and prompts to consider the 7Cs: communication, competence, control of work, change management, culture, commitment, and complacency.
