Our leadership team is responsible for planning and monitoring the organisation’s activities, and listening to the opinions and concerns of the workforce.
Step Change in Safety is a not-for-profit organisation established by the UK oil and gas industry, for the industry.
Our aim is to make the UK the safest oil and gas province in the world in which to work and to share our expertise with colleagues around the world. Workforce safety is something that involves everyone and must always come before everything else. It requires the collaboration of individuals from across a business and between multiple organisations. We bring together the different stakeholders in the oil and gas industry to drive change, improve safety and protect workers.
Our team is committed to providing our members and their elected safety reps with the resources and toolkits that will help to improve workplace safety in the UK oil and gas industry. Through workgroups, events, safety alerts, and regular newsletters, we provide a platform for industry-wide discussion, learning and engagement on workplace safety.
We are committed to improving safety, and work tirelessly to ensure nobody becomes complacent about staying safe in the workplace. Contact us to learn more.
